1,This hot melt coating machine is constructed with 80mm wall panels & steel links and processed by CNC boring & milling machine center with fine appearance and high precious strength. 

2,This hot melt coating machine is equipped with turrerts unwinders and rewinder, laminating unit, coating system ,driving system, auto-control system,pneumatic  system and web guidance and  designed scientifically and logically for the convenience of maintenance and upgrade with excellent quality.

3, PLC Control system with touch screen makes operation more easier and accurate. 

4,High quality advanced hot melt coating/spary coating applicator. External aluminum alloy heating module design for coating die can prevent carbonation from local high temperature.

5,Unwinder diameters:1200mm, Rewinder diameters:1100mm.

6,Electrical control system (With CE Standard)
