1. Use high-quality, effective period of coating oil;
2. Reasonably control the amount of varnish, neither too little nor too much, should pay attention to the effect of leveling;
3. Pay attention to the printing quality of the ink at the end and require that the amount of ink be printed and printed, and do not dry it.
4. Correctly adjust the viscosity of coating oil according to the actual condition of the coating surface;
5. Correctly adjust the surface tension of the coating oil to make it less than the surface tension of the ink, and add a solvent or surfactant with a low surface tension;
6, to avoid the ink layer crystallization, if necessary, it can be surface treatment;
