The general inspection leader must not only arrange enough time for the machine, but also work out the content of the general inspection plan. Generally, the entire engine oil tank needs to be replaced with lubricating oil, worn parts must be replaced, and electrical appliances also need to be inspected more carefully.
1) Inspection of roller accuracy, radial and axial runout, and roller bearing inspection.
2) Roller pressure check, clutch pressure positioning rule position check.
3) Check the wear of gears, cams, sprockets, chains and connecting rods.
4) Surface damage inspection and run-out inspection of ink-crossing roller, water-crossing roller, rubber roller and anilox roller.
5) Check the water bucket and ink fountain, and check other facilities of the corresponding water passage and ink passage system.
6) Inspection of oil circuit, gas circuit and its components, such as oil pump, electromagnetic directional valve and air pump.
7) Check the lubricating oil in the fuel tank. If necessary, replace the lubricating oil and refuel the whole machine.
8) Inspection of clutches, brakes and safety devices.
9) Examination of roller gripper, chain teeth, dental plate and dental ball.
10) Check electrical cabinet, main motor, magnetic powder brake and fan.
