The Prisma system is an automated ink compounding system for small and medium sized printing plants. This system allows the printer to deploy any color at any time. Based on a fully automatic and easy-to-use design, the operator can match colors according to the ink required for production, thereby reducing waste of raw materials. In addition to the use of water-based ink formulations, the EX Series system can also be used for solvent-based inks. The system configuration has a design that is operated with a suction pump or operated with gravity for the customer to choose. Raw materials can be packed in 200 lt drums or larger containers (fixed or replaceable). In addition, the configuration of the system can be designed according to the regional space used for production to achieve effective use of space.
