New cooking paper

A type of cooking paper that has been sold in Japan for nearly 30 years, was recently introduced by Kona Inc. (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. to China and was introduced to the market.

The product is made of 100% pure natural wood pulp. During the production process, a different air-based manufacturing process using ordinary papermaking methods is used to allow the loose fiber space to rapidly absorb the grease and moisture on the food surface. It has a fluffy soft feel, making it a unique item for food processing. For example, during the cooking process, the water problem of crystal shrimp has always been the most important aspect of the dish. After being absorbed by special paper for cooking, the shrimp grains produced are full and the taste is crisp. Another example is home-made fried pork cutlet. In the past, the breadcrumbs in the remaining oil were difficult to handle. Now, after filtering through cooking paper, all the breadcrumbs are left on the surface of the paper. The golden clear cooking oil is filtered out. . Not only that, but also the function of fresh-keeping, anti-rice air-drying, wiping cooking utensils, microwave heating, and the like of this cooking paper play an indispensable role in the kitchen.
