TDS1000B & TDS2000B and TDS1000B-SC launch upgrade software

Tektronix oscilloscopes TDS1000B & TDS2000B and TDS1000B-SC series have launched the latest upgrade software (010-62178811):
The upgrade software of TDS1000B & TDS2000B series oscilloscope is V22.11, click here to download.
TDS1000B-SC series teaching oscilloscope upgrade software is V23.07, click here to download.

V22.11 upgrade software adds new functions:
1. Increase the maximum support USB driver 64GB function; 2. Add full-record RMS automatic measurement 3. Add new PI command to set the measurement method: automatic, minimum / maximum, histogram

Upgrade installation guide:
V22.11 software is only installed on TDS1000B and TDS2000B running on older versions lower than V22.11 (such as V22.01). You must use a 2GB or smaller U disk for installation.
installation method:
1. Copy the file "TDS1K2KB.TEK" to the U disk; 2. Turn on; 3. Insert the U disk into the oscilloscope 4. On the oscilloscope, press the UTILITY key, select the "File Utilities" option, and then select "more-page2 of 2" Option, select "Firmware Update" option, and finally select "Update Firmware", the oscilloscope will automatically upgrade the software, the upgrade will take about 5 minutes.

Check the software version Press the UTILITY key, then select the "System Status" option, then select the "Misc" option.
