Not only is the time fast, but also the effect is remarkable. In the past, it was common for many companies to consume two boxes of reducing agents in a week. Reducing agent is not expensive. It used to be a bottle of 13 yuan, then it dropped to a bottle of 78 yuan.

However, in the promotion of green printing, it is best not to use reducing agents, because it contains a large number of benzene compounds, is highly carcinogenic, very harmful to the printing workers' bodies. Many companies now do not use reducing agents, but individual companies still use them.

Prepare at least two sets of blankets. After a blanket has undergone 1.5 million to 2 million impressions, it must be removed from the machine and replaced with a new blanket in order to prevent it from affecting the print quality.

U.S. printing companies generally use 3 sets of rubber blankets, one set is in use, one set is just used up, and is set aside. Their blankets can be automatically restored in 24 hours to 48 hours, as well as in German printing companies.

Yin Yufang, a printing expert, said that for domestic printing companies to buy printing presses, it is best to prepare two sets of blankets, one for use and the other for standby.

Keep your spare blanket. The main raw material of rubber blanket is rubber, rubber is easy to be oxidized, so when it is stored, it is better to put it in a cool, dry environment, and keep it away from heat sources.

Yin Youfang said that when storing the spare blanket, it is best not to expose it to sunlight to prevent the blanket from aging and affect its service life. Conditional enterprises, where the blanket is stored, should be air circulated. Do not press heavy objects on the blanket and do not store it in a roll. Otherwise it will affect its surface flatness.
