2. Production progress of this machine

Check the product content and plan completion status of the first shift produced on this machine, clearly understand the production progress of this batch of products, and make arrangements for the production plan of this shift.

3. Adjustment of machinery and equipment

Check whether the machine equipment has been adjusted during the operation. If there is any adjustment, which parts have been adjusted, the use and operation of the adjustment, etc. must be understood in detail.

2. Preparation before production

1. The hot stamping machine must be lubricated and lubricated before going to work every day. Refueling should be serious, comprehensive, and must not be missed. At the same time, it should be observed whether the oil eye is clogged. Once found, it should be cleared and dredged.

2. Read the work order carefully and understand the work order requirements correctly

(1). The captain should correctly understand the requirements of the construction order before starting, and check whether the sample and the work order are complete and consistent.


(2). Check the bronzing version against the original. Check whether the bronzing version meets the quality requirements.


(3). When the requirements of the construction order cannot be fully understood, the squad leader and supervisor should be inquired clearly, and production cannot be based on subjective assumptions.

3. The operation of machinery and equipment

(1). When starting the machine, it should be observed whether the machine has abnormal reaction, if there is abnormal noise, abnormal movement, local overheating, etc., it should be stopped immediately for inspection.

4. Preparation of original and auxiliary materials

(2). According to different process requirements (such as polishing, laminating, etc.), the corresponding type of gold foil paper should be obtained, and the relationship between the printed parts and the gold foil paper must be fully considered.

5. Machine adjustment

(1). Temperature adjustment. The temperature adjustment of bronzing should be determined according to different products, different technological processes and different models of bronzing paper. The temperature of bronzing should be determined by the effect of the final bronzing product.

(2). Pressure regulation. During the pressure adjustment, it should be carried out from light to heavy, slowly, and finally increased to normal pressure. The pressure should not be adjusted too large at one time, so as to avoid crushing the bronzing plate and causing loss. While adjusting the pressure, you should also pay attention to the balance of the entire layout and the pressure is consistent.

(3). Needle position adjustment. The needle position adjustment should be based on the signature sample, the bronzing position is accurate, and the needle position is consistent.

(4). When you just start working, you should first iron a few samples and compare them with the original and the previous product to prevent misalignment.

6. Factors that should be considered in advance for bronzing products

(1) See what kind of gold is hot, and calculate the required amount in advance.

(2) After printing or pasting, seal with plastic wrap.

(3) Large-volume and frequently-made products should be copperplate.

a. Excessive pressure

(6). After the bronzing process
