The unsaturated polyester resin lacquer is prepared by mixing 96-unsaturated polyester resin No. 191, adding 2% curing agent, and adding 2% accelerator.
The curing agent is benzoyl peroxide and hexanone peroxide, which are firstly converted into a paste by styrene or bis-butyl phthalate; the accelerators are dimethylaniline and cobalt naphthenate. .
Second, use and description
Add one of the curing agents to the unsaturated polyester resin, and add one of the accelerators. Use it after mixing thoroughly (it will cure in more than half an hour). Paint the unsaturated polyester resin on the surface of the object, cover with a layer of polyester film, and then quickly flatten it with a small rubber roller. After 20 minutes, the film is removed, and a smooth and translucent paint surface appears as if it were laid. A layer of glass lacquer can be scrubbed with acetone. Or wash it off with detergent to prepare for reuse.
If the unsaturated polyester resin lacquer is applied by brushing, the appropriate wax solution must be added to the ingredients, but the brushing effect is poor.
