3. The main material of the bed frame is 40 * 40 * 1.5mm square tube, the bed drawer is 25 * 50 * 1.2mm rectangular tube, and the other profiles are 25 * 25 * 1.2mm square tube or φ20mm round tube. The place adopts C02 protection welding, strong and durable, safe and reliable. After being tested by the Beijing Furniture Quality Inspection Station, the mechanical properties meet the requirements of GB / T 10357.6-1992 "Furniture Mechanical Properties Test".

4. The surface of the bed frame is derusted by high-pressure sand blasting. Electrostatic spray. Adhesion, gloss and corrosion resistance meet the relevant requirements of GB / T 4893.1-9. The under-bed board products are selected from the melamine board of the Inner Mongolia Forestry Bureau Genhe Board General Factory, and the formaldehyde emission complies with the environmental protection requirements of GB 18580-2001 "Formaldehyde emission from man-made panels and interior decoration materials". The physical and chemical indicators of Beijing Furniture Quality Inspection Station have been tested to meet the relevant national standards.
