Why do I need digital proofing?

However, using the CTP system directly outputs the printing plate, skipping the intermediate links of the output and proofing, so digital proofing is necessary to achieve the customer's look.

The color information that can be expressed is more than that in nature. To be less, and it is a kind of device-related color expression, the same CMYK color image is printed on different printing equipment, it is possible to get different printing effects, even the same set of printing equipment has changed the ink or adjusted the settings , will also make the printing effect changes.
