Light Curing Screen Printing Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Formula

This pressure-sensitive adhesive screen is printed on a polyester film and cured by ultraviolet light to form a pressure-sensitive film, which has strong adhesion and can be used to manufacture printed circuit boards.

production method:

First, (I) is copolymerized with acrylic acid, butyl acrylate 2-ethylhexyl acrylate and vinyl acetate in a solvent to make a 30% polymer solution, which is then mixed with other groups.

Product Usage

Screen printing or spraying on plastic substrate, UV curing, pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.
