The principle of operation is very simple, you only need to rotate the roller, and then use the unique shaft pin, you can easily adjust. Wear resistance
The double-groove primary and secondary operation sealing roller assembly is designed for P-type machines and can be used with existing 10P, 29P, 40P, 40S, 50P, 53P, 58P, 59P and 69P models to replace 12P241. And 13P241 type sealing roller. It has the advantage of being easy to install, without the need for extra parts or other parts, and can replace the old wheels seamlessly for a true direct replacement. The roller has two grooves, one at each end, allowing the operator to simply rotate the roller, extending the life by a factor of two.
Easy to adjust
In the old design, the adjustment process of the roller is to first remove the bolt to remove the roller, then fill the gasket, and then replace the corresponding roller. Usually each roller must be repeated several times before the correct adjustment is made; at the same time, in order to match the height of the roller with the sealing ram, it is necessary to repeatedly fill the gasket. Obviously, these processes have a negative effect on production efficiency. Relatively speaking, the adjustment process of the new sealing roller is simple and fast. Basically, it is only necessary to loosen the bolt to move the roller, and then tighten the bolt to lock the roller, and the adjustment work is completed in an instant. The installation process is very simple because there is no need to disassemble or adjust the roller with a gasket during the process. The initial results show that the time required to replace or adjust the rollers in a new process can be cut in half compared to conventional techniques.
On the other hand, the design of such a sealing roller pin is different from the typical mode. The bearing is fitted with an inner race that protects it from wear and reduces the frequency of shaft pin replacement. On the old roller, since the bearing does not have an inner race, there is a problem that the axle pin wears.
The double-rolled roller is equipped with refined high-load bearings for high durability and good performance. If properly maintained and lubricated, the life of high-load bearings can even be compared to the rollers, saving operating time and downtime.
High sealing performance
Refined high-load ball bearings improve the performance of the sealing roller compared to roller or needle bearings. The integrated lubrication design delivers grease to the right place for smooth machine operation.
