1. Check whether the following items are correct:

4. Whether the ambient temperature exceeds the rating. (Water-cooled type checks whether the cooling water pump is running and whether the water pressure is sufficient)
5. Whether the inlet temperature of the dryer exceeds the rating.
Second, the sequence of operating the dryer:
1. Stop the air compressor (or close the inlet and outlet valves of the dryer).
2. Turn the switch to the ON position. At this time, the indicator light is on, the dryer starts to operate, the refrigerant evaporates, and the temperature gauge indicates within the range of 30 ~ 40PSIG. (Applicable to R-12 refrigerant) R-22 refrigerant should be indicated between 60 ~ 70PSIG. After about 5 minutes, the internal dehumidifier of the dryer can reach the required cooling degree.
3. Open the ball valve on the top of the auto drain, the water removed by the dryer will flow into the auto drain. (The automatic drain valve can be kept in the "open" position at any time)
4. Start the air compressor (or open the inlet and outlet valves of the dryer) and observe whether the refrigerant evaporation temperature gauge is within the normal range.
5. Make a table and record the air inlet and outlet pressure values, refrigerant high and low pressure values, and dryer current value. (If there are any abnormalities, please refer to the inspection report form)
6. When shutting down, turn off the air source first, and then switch the switch to the OFF position.
3. Matters needing attention when operating the dryer:
1. Before operation, it is best to drain the air remaining in the main pipe.
2. Try to avoid using it under no-load conditions.
3. Operate the switch to avoid continuous switching to avoid overload relay tripping. (Shutdown and restart time should be more than 3 minutes)
