Third, the venue facilities
(I) Important factors of site facilities:

(d) Obstacles and fences:
A basic net protection is required for the fast-paced venues, and it is strongly recommended that there should be a guard net in the slow venue. Its central part, diagonally across the corner behind the home base, must be at least 3m long and 3.6m high; additionally there must be an additional fender that is 3m long and 2.4m high on each side.
In particular, to avoid throwing too close to sidewalks or other nearby throws, there should be an extended fence (including fences) from behind obstacles behind first and third bases; the height of these fences is at least 2.4m. If they want to completely seal the throw, they may use an average 1.2m high fence to connect them with the curved outfield fence. The outfield fence should be 2.4m high.
