First, choose an appropriate installation location. The equipment should be placed on a flat, stable surface with good ventilation. Make sure the area is free from strong vibrations, electromagnetic interference, flammable or explosive materials, corrosive substances, and excessive dust. This will ensure the longevity and accuracy of the test chamber.
Second, check the environmental conditions at the installation site. The ambient temperature should be between 5°C and 30°C, with an average not exceeding 30°C over 24 hours. The relative humidity should remain below 85% RH. These conditions are essential for proper operation and accurate testing results.
Third, connect the power supply correctly. The test chamber requires AC 380V ±10% at 50±0.5Hz, using a three-phase five-wire system. Ensure that the installation site has a properly sized circuit breaker or power switch dedicated solely to this device. Never share the circuit with other high-power equipment to avoid voltage fluctuations or damage.
Fourth, move the test chamber carefully. The unit comes with casters for easy mobility. If moving within the same floor, simply push it along. However, if the unit needs to be moved to another floor or a different location, make sure there is an elevator available. Check the dimensions of the elevator, as well as the width and height of doors, corridors, and hallways to ensure smooth passage. If no elevator is available, manual transportation is required, so take extra care to avoid damaging the equipment or injuring yourself.
Lastly, after installation, it's recommended to conduct a preliminary test to ensure everything is working properly. Always refer to the user manual for detailed instructions and safety precautions.
