The first Yashilin high and low temperature test chamber was purchased, and all of Yashilin's commissioning engineers have successfully installed and commissioned the equipment. However, if your company moves or it's inconvenient for the engineer to visit in person, you can still install the high and low temperature test chamber by following these steps:
First, determine the installation location for the test chamber. It should be placed on a flat, stable surface with good ventilation, away from strong vibrations, electromagnetic interference, flammable or explosive materials, corrosive substances, and dust. This ensures both safety and accurate testing results.
Second, make sure the environmental conditions are suitable for installation. The ambient temperature should be between 5°C and 30°C, with an average not exceeding 30°C over 24 hours. The relative humidity should remain below 85% RH. Maintaining these conditions is essential for the proper operation of the equipment.
Third, connect the power supply. The device requires AC 380V ±10%, 50±0.5Hz, three-phase five-wire system. It is important that the user installs a dedicated circuit breaker or power switch at the installation site, specifically for this equipment. Using a separate circuit ensures stable power supply and reduces the risk of electrical issues.
Fourth, move the high and low temperature test chamber into place. The unit is equipped with casters for easy movement. If it's being placed on the same floor, simply push it to the desired location. For moving it upstairs, downstairs, or through narrow spaces, check the dimensions of the elevator, corridors, and doorways to ensure smooth passage. If no elevator is available, manual transportation is required, so extra care must be taken to avoid damage to the equipment.
Additionally, before starting the installation, it’s recommended to review the user manual and ensure all necessary tools and materials are ready.
