So where is the root cause of the failure? After many careful observations and careful analysis, it was finally clear that the exact cause of failures such as book wrinkling, book block milling, back deformation, and cracking occurred on the milling back box. The machine's milling back box is equipped with a fixed plate and a movable guard plate. When the back of the book passes through the "two plates," it can prevent the book blocks from being deformed during milling, backing, and cutting, ensuring that the milling back and cutting grooves are even and stable. . However, due to the milling back, the book block has a certain frictional resistance to the inner side of the "two plates". After a period of use, the inner surfaces of the two plywoods are severely worn and can not support the book block to prevent book back milling deformation. After analyzing the situation, we opened the movable plate on the milled-back box and found that the parts of the inner side of the movable plate and the fixed plate corresponding to the milling-backed blade edge appeared a small, deep arc-shaped concave wear. In this regard, by repairing and repairing the wear parts on the inner side of the "two plates," the above-mentioned package failures will be immediately eliminated. The books after the package will be squarely arranged and the book pages will never be shorn or milled. Quality is better guaranteed.

In addition, the "two-plate" spacing should be adjusted so that when the book block passes between the fixed plate and the movable guard plate, there is a slight sense of slight resistance. When the milling cutter blade is working, it will not be adjusted due to the "two-plate" spacing. Too large, so that the occurrence of chattering friction back and forth of the book block core caused by the knife blade corresponding to the "two plates" inside the wear, which is to ensure the quality of milling back, to prevent the book back milling deformation, to promote the stability of the quality of the operation essentials. It is an important measure to minimize the abrasion of the "two-plate" clips, the back adhesive, and the amount of back-to-back milling.
