Dropping paper refers to the phenomenon that the paper drops into the underside of the machine as it enters the roller to the delivery table. The paper drop failure can cause many waste products and delay production.

(1) The paper is uneven and wavy.

The paper is not flat, causing difficulties in feeding paper. In particular, whiteboard paper can easily cause the front regulation to run out of paper, resulting in too few paper grippers and even paper jams. As a result, the pick-up tooth row and the delivery tooth row can not be transferred normally and fall off.

(2) The paper corners are upturned.

When the paper reaches the predetermined position, the height of the chip is lower than the height of the paper angle due to the upturn of the paper corner at the mouth of the paper, so that the paper feed teeth cannot be completely caught, even in the tooth decay. At the instant of closing, due to the paper corner, the paper is ejected back, resulting in too little paper jam and paper drop.

(3) There are double sheets for paper feeding.

When two sheets of paper fail, the two overlapping sheets will appear slightly faster and a bit slower. When entering the front gauge, the slower one may not be completely choked by the decaying teeth and fall below the machine.

(4) The paper feed is abnormal.

Due to the improper adjustment of the machine, the paper feed was skewed, too fast or too slow, causing the delivery paper to buckle and causing the paper to fall off.

(5) The former specified distance is not correct.

After the paper arrives at the predetermined position, the gripper grips the paper 4 to 6 millimeters. Too much paper can easily tear the paper. Too little paper can cause the paper to fall due to insufficient paper.

(6) The contact time between the catcher row and the impression roller is not correct.

If the splicer picks up the paper prematurely, it will break the paper; if it is too late, paper will fall off because it cannot hold the paper.
(7) The force of the catcher teeth is not enough.

When the catcher feeds half of the paper, or only half of the individual tooth rows hold the paper, it indicates that the force of the tooth row is too light and the pick force should be readjusted.

(8) The positioning and feeding time is not correct.

When the paper arrives at the front gauge, due to the inconsistency between the speed of the round paper and the connecting time of the gauges, the positioning of the paper is disordered and the paper is not well received.
