Judgment and treatment of abnormal function of salt spray test chamber
Condition 1: The test chamber cannot rise to the set temperature
Cause: The temperature of the laboratory temperature controller is set too low;
2 The laboratory safety switch setting is too low.
Treatment method: 1. Set the temperature controller to the required temperature;
2. Set the safety switch to the desired temperature.
Condition 2: Insufficient amount of spray
Reasons: 1. The spray regulator is placed too low;
2. The glass filter s in the preheating tank is blocked;
3. The pressure setting is too low.
Treatment: 1. Increase the spray regulator;

3. Adjust the pressure regulating valve to a pressure of 1 kg/cm2, and the air compressor is marked with a pressure regulating valve adjusted to a pressure of 2 kg/cm2.
Condition 3: When the spray volume is too high
Reasons: 1. The spray regulator is placed too high;
2. The glass nozzle is used for a long time, and the nozzle diameter is too large.
Treatment: 1. Use a spray regulator to lower;
2. Replace the new glass nozzle.
