1. Anti-counterfeiting technology
China's bill printing market has its own characteristics. Compared with foreign markets, China still has the phenomenon of forgery and alteration. Therefore, China's bill printing has also added anti-counterfeiting technology.
(1) Anti-counterfeiting paper The paper printing uses a variety of security papers. Mainly watermark paper, fiber paper, bond paper, fluorescent fiber paper, security line, non-carbon paper, dry carbon paper and so on.
Watermark paper: This kind of paper shows a pattern under the light. There are two kinds of white watermark and black watermark. Mainly used in tax invoices.
Non-carbon paper: Microcapsules are coated on the upper, middle and lower layers of paper, and can be multi-colored by handwriting or computer printing. It is suitable for printing a variety of notes.
Fiber Paper: In the papermaking process, fibers of various colors are added. The fibers are in paper and can be visually identified. It is mainly used in the new version of the renminbi.
Dry carbon paper: also known as disposable anti-counterfeit carbon paper and stacked anti-counterfeit ticket paper. It has a white base paper on the front and a nontoxic, water-based colored coating on the back. The product is divided into flat sheets and webs. It is suitable for offset, gravure, flexo, screen printing, computer tickets, manual tickets, and roll tickets. When using, without padding paper, you can get multiple copies of one copy, and the color is fast, the writing is clear, you can't change it, it is not affected by the weather, and the file has a long shelf life.
(2) Anti-counterfeiting pattern design In this area, there are mainly Fangzheng Super-line anti-counterfeit design systems (this content is described in detail in the sixth issue of 2002) and the Mongolian version of the anti-counterfeit design system. They can not only produce anti-counterfeiting effects such as floriculture, embossing, and microfilming, but also produce special anti-counterfeiting effects such as unlocking, filtering, latent images, and twisting lines. The products made with the above system are easy to identify and are mainly used in securities and commercial products. (3) Anti-counterfeit printing technologies include microfilm printing, rainbow printing, magnetic printing, photosensitive printing, special number printing, invisible graphic printing, etc. (For details of this content, see the sixth issue of 2002 and the eleventh issue of 2003) .
(4) Anti-counterfeiting inks Fluorescent anti-counterfeiting inks: Fluorescent inks can be colorless or ordinary colors under visible light, and emit fluorescent light under the irradiation of ultraviolet light of a specific wavelength. It adapts to a variety of printing conditions, and the technology is mature, so most of the documents use one or more fluorescent inks.
Thermochromic ink: The color of the ink is mainly changed by heating. This kind of ink is mainly used in packaging and printing, and the technology has gradually matured in water offset printing, and it has not been applied in the printing of tickets.
Light change ink: This kind of ink is easy to identify, it can have anti-counterfeiting effect without destroying the complete picture and text, so it is widely used in ticket printing.
Anti-altering ink: It is mainly used in bank notes. Once the ticket using the ink is altered, it will automatically become a waste ticket.
Penetrating Ink: This technology allows two different colors on the front and back of the printed product. Different papers have different formulations and it is difficult to fake.
Infrared ink: The principle is similar to fluorescent ink, but it uses infrared laser light source, the ink cost is higher, mainly used in the three-line anti-counterfeiting of notes.
Encryption anti-counterfeit inks: Add special substances to the ink and test with special instruments. Such as: magnetic ink, nuclear encryption ink, bio-molecular encryption ink and so on. Higher costs, mainly used in banking, customs and other organizations important evidence of the three-line anti-counterfeiting and machine-readable.
Refractive color-changing ink: The cost is relatively high, and it is rarely used in ticket printing. It is mainly used for anti-counterfeiting of banknotes, securities, identity cards, and passports.
