"Disc Thermal Dispersing Equipment" passed the Fujian provincial appraisal

Not long ago, the new product and new technology appraisal meeting of the "50T/D disc type thermal dispersion system and equipment of Fujian Light Industry Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd." was held in Fuzhou, hosted by the Fujian Provincial Economic and Trade Commission.

The appraisal committee heard and reviewed the appraisal materials and user reports for the development, design, standards, and inspections of new products and technologies. Watched the live video of the operation of the equipment in Zhejiang Shenghua Group Huzhou Xintian Paper Company. After careful discussion, the meeting unanimously determined that the identification materials and technical documents were complete and in compliance with national standards and technical appraisal requirements. This equipment system is based on the reference and digestion and absorption of international advanced disc type thermal disperser and double network press squeegee technology. It was the first domestic research and development and production trial in China. Localization has been successful, filling China's waste paper system. The gaps in the disc-type thermal dispersion technology and equipment have enabled the localization of the whole process technology and equipment for the separation, screening and purification, flotation and washing, disperse and rubbing to bleaching of waste paper pulp in China. Its technical indicators have basically reached the international advanced level of similar products.

The 50T/D disc type thermal dispersion system and equipment are stable and reliable after more than two years of production. At present, it can be completely put into mass production and can replace imported equipment. The appraisal meeting suggested that the research and localization work of the disperser gear discs should be accelerated. To further improve and enhance the appearance of the product grade, as soon as possible to promote the application of a variety of waste paper pulp and serial design and development.
