It is this kind of printing method that determines the quality of printed matter by the four elements of the structure and operation of the printing press. The four major elements are: A. Scraper; B. Embossing roller; C. Ink supply system; D. Drying box.

I will elaborate on their characteristics and basic principles below.

A, scraper

Only the scraper can scrape the excess ink (the ink on the non-print surface) to produce a good product. However, if the excess ink is to be scraped clean and no dirty, run ink or knife lines appear, the hardness, height, and angle of the blade must be properly adjusted.

How is the device suitable? The usual experience tells us:

(1) First, the soft and hard blade device should be moderately elastic.

(2) The squeegee is placed at the proper height.

(3) The angle at which the squeegee is placed, the appropriate angle.

B. Embossing roller

The hardness and pressure of the imprint rubber roller material directly affect the amount of ink on the print. It reflects the following:

The hardness of the material of the imprint rubber roller affects the amount of ink, the material of the rubber roller is hard and the amount of ink is small, and the material of the rubber roller has a large amount of soft ink. The pressure of the rubber roller is large and the amount of ink is large. The pressure of the rubber roller is small, and the amount of ink is small. The pattern of the printing plate is deep, and the material of the embossing roller needs to be harder; the printing plate pattern is light, and the material of the embossing roller needs to be softer. The fast printing speed requires the material of the imprinting roller to be harder, and the slower printing speed requires the use of a softer embossing roller.

C. Ink supply system

If you want to ensure the smooth progress of printing and the consistency of the printed ink, the ink supply system of the printing press must be well-circulated, and the ink must be kept flowing constantly.

(1) Always maintain the consistency of the ink viscosity, timing measurement, timing of the solvent.

(2) New and old inks should be blended in proportion. Use a complex solvent. To prevent the proportion of ink components from being out of balance, the phenomenon of precipitation and anti-roughening occurs.

(3) It is best to use an ink pump and an ink stick for ink circulation. Note that the ink fountain should not be too large and the ink tank size should be moderate.

D, drying box

One of the keys to improving the speed of the E-brush is the effect of the oven. The ink is dried by hot air, not by heating and baking. The higher the heat is, the less ink on the printed matter is easier to dry. Why? Firstly, the temperature is too high and the ink surface will be conjunctiva. The phenomenon of stemming dry in the stem is caused by the phenomenon that the low boiling point solvent in the ink volatilizes prematurely, and the high boiling point solvent remains, and the drying speed is slowed down. Then it is required to dry the box, the wind should be greater than the heat, the temperature can be 40-50 degrees, the wind can not be directly blown on the film, the heat can not be directly baked on the film surface, to have good ventilation, can not be to the printing plate and Running on the ink tank, the drying box has better secondary air return performance. It is necessary to effectively prevent false dryness of the printed matter and bad odor of infection.
