Classification of sleepers

The cement sleepers produced by our company are suitable for 12kg, 15kg, 18kg, 22kg, 24kg, 30kg, 38kg, 43kg rails, with 600mm, 900mm, 762mm gauge for coal mines and 1435 gauge for railways. When ordering, please specify how much the rails are and what the gauge is.

The anticorrosive sleepers produced by our company are smooth on all sides, after high-pressure fumigation and oil injection, the service life is long. The cement sleepers produced by our factory are demoulded with steam, the surface is smooth and hard, and there are multiple high-strength steel bars as skeletons, which greatly increase the number of the cement sleepers. Intensity, we use C30, C40, C60 cement, from the choice of materials to ensure the quality of the sleeper, steam stripping, natural curing in the later greatly strengthened the hardness of the sleeper.
