2. Vacuum debugging:

b) Connect the vacuum tube of the vacuum drying box (outer diameter: Φ16mm) and vacuum pump (type 2XZ-2, outer diameter Φ16mm) with the vacuum connecting tube (inner diameter: Φ16mm wall thickness: 10mm) of the random accessories (6090 and 6210 type) Connected). Turn on the power of the vacuum pump and start pumping. When the indication value of the vacuum gauge reaches -0.1Mpa, first turn off the vacuum valve and then turn off the power of the vacuum pump to prevent the backflow of the vacuum pump oil into the working chamber. 3. Commissioning of vacuum box:

After the vacuum degree debugging is completed, the following operations can be performed:

a. Turn on the power supply of the vacuum box, at this time, the power indicator light should be on (6090 and 6210 models should be turned on respectively). The temperature control instrument is powered on and self-test. temperature. The AT and HEAT lights on the temperature controller should be on, indicating that the instrument is in the heating state.

b. Modify the set temperature

1. Press the function key (SET) of the temperature control instrument; after the SP character is displayed on the PV screen, you can use the key button to modify the set temperature (6090 and 6210 models should be set and modified for 2 and 3 instruments respectively, the following categories with).

2. After the modification is completed, press the SET button again, the PV screen displays ST characters, and set the timing time.

If you do not use the timing function, still let it be ST = 0

3. Press the SET button again to make the PV screen display the studio temperature, and the SV screen displays the new set temperature. The AT and HEAT lights of the instrument are on, and then the instrument enters the heating state again.

c. When the temperature in the working room is close to the set temperature, the HEAT light flashes on and off, indicating that the heating has entered the PID adjustment stage. Sometimes the instrument's measured temperature exceeds the set temperature, and sometimes it is normal. When the measured temperature is close to or equal to the set temperature, the studio will enter a constant temperature state after 1 ~ 2h, and the items will enter the drying stage.

d. When the required temperature is low, the secondary setting method can be adopted. For example, if the required operating temperature is 70 ℃, the first setting is 60 ℃. After the temperature overshoot starts to fall back, the second setting is 70 ℃. , This can reduce or even eliminate the temperature overshoot phenomenon, and enter the constant temperature state as soon as possible.

e. When the items are dry, turn off the power. If the temperature is accelerated, open the air release valve to make the vacuum level 0. Wait about 5 minutes before opening the door.

4. If the humidity of the dry matter in the working room is high, the generated water vapor will affect the performance of the vacuum pump. It is recommended to put a "drying / filter" between the drying box and the vacuum pump. 5. If you need to add inert gas such as nitrogen during the process of drying the items, you should specify in the contract and add an intake valve.
