Shenyang begins to enclose white pollution

According to the relevant personage of Shenyang Environmental Protection Industry Office, compared with non-degradable products, Shenyang sold only 8 million degradable lunch boxes throughout the year, and the degradable plastic bags were only 4,000 to 5,000 tons.
