(3) An octagonal blue and purple solid plot (C + M solid plot).
(4) 5 squares in a row, which are 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, magenta dot block and 100% solid block of magenta ink respectively.
(5) An octagonal red solid block (M + Y solid block).
(6) Five squares in a row, which are 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% of YELLOW yellow ink, round dot block and 100% solid block respectively.
(7) An octagonal solid green block (C + Y solid block).
(8) Five squares in a row, which are 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, black dot blocks and 100% solid blocks of BLACK black ink.
(9) An octagonal complex green solid block (C + M + Y solid block).
The above monochrome dot blocks are used to detect the dot expansion value, and 80% of the square dot blocks can also detect the printing contrast value. Each monochrome solid block is used to determine the monochrome solid density. The octagonal inter-color solid plots and multi-color solid plots are used to measure the overprint rate during two-color and three-color overprinting.
(10) The four groups of cyan, magenta, yellow and black each have 11 rectangular blocks, each rectangle (3mm * 7mm) is composed of octagonal rings that interlock with each other. 2 microns, 4 microns, 6 microns, 8 microns, 10 microns, 12 microns, 15 microns, 18 microns, 21 microns, 24 microns, 27 microns, they are used to check the resolution of printing plates.
(11) Four groups of cyan, magenta, yellow and black, rectangular blocks, each group has 6 small rectangles (2mm * 3mm), they are 98%, 97%, 95%, 5%, 3%, 2% The dots block is used to check the changes of dots in high-key and low-key at the time of printing.
(12) Four groups of concentric circles of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. Each group is composed of 20 sets of circles of different sizes. It is used to check whether there is ghost in each color printing.
(13) Four rectangular blocks, each group of rectangular blocks is 6mm * 12mm. In the first rectangle: a square yellow dot with a dot angle of 75 degrees, a dot coverage rate of 25%, and a line angle of 45 degrees, a square green dot with a dot coverage rate of 37%, and a line angle of 15 degrees, and a dot coverage rate of 26% Square magenta dots, they form a light gray, used to detect the neutral gray balance of the line; there is in the second rectangle; the angle of the network line is 75 degrees, 62% of the square yellow dots and the angle of the network line is 45 degrees, 81% of the square The angle between the dot and the line is 15 degrees, and 65% of the square magenta dots form a dark-tone neutral gray, which is used to detect the gray balance at this place. In the third rectangle: the angle of the wire is 75 degrees, 62% of the round yellow dots and the angle of the wire are 45 degrees, 81% of the round cyan dots and the angle of the wire are 15 degrees, and 65% of the round magenta dots form dark Gray, used to detect the gray balance of dark-tone circular dots.
