Pinussylvestrisvar.mongolica is a variant of red pine in Europe. It is also called Hailarong, Mongolian pine, and pine. It is a kind of pine with Pinus massoniana, Pinus tabulaeformis and Yunnan pine, but it has good material and can replace red pine. It is mainly distributed in Russia and the northern part of Daxing'anling and Hulunbeier. In recent years, China has imported a large number of Russian Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica. Its material properties are similar to those of Pinus massoniana. It has moderate corrosion resistance (referring to heartwood) and is vulnerable to termites. Logs and wet sawn timber are prone to mildew and blue. Wood protection is one of the key issues for deep development and efficient use. Foreign countries attach great importance to wood mold and anti-blue change. For example, in the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Lanzhou, almost all the sawn timbers that are prone to mildew and blue change and can not be dried in time are almost mildewproof. deal with. At present, there is no report on the treatment of scorpion pine against mildew and blue. In 2003, a 100m3 mold-free and blue-striped pine sawn timber purchased by a company in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, was sold in Inner Mongolia. After about two weeks of transportation, almost all the molds in Dongguan were mildewed, and the blue depth was 2~10mm, which seriously affected the products. The quality has caused the attention of the timber trade processing units and users, and urgently requires to solve this problem. To this end, the author waited for the sampling and anti-mildew and blue-blue treatment of the batch of wood, in order to find an effective treatment agent and treatment process.

experiment method

1.1 The test materials were taken from the sawn timber of the Pinus sylvestris var. sylvestris shipped from Erenhot in Dongguan in May 2003. Three pieces of sapwood of 5cm×18cm×400cm were selected to remove the mildew parts as much as possible. It was not completely shaved off, and then a test piece having a size of 2 cm × 8 cm × 48 cm was prepared, and the average moisture content was 81%.

1.2 Preservatives The TBQ protective agent developed by the company where the author is located is a white paste. The active ingredients are alkylammonium and boride, the content is 91%, soluble in water, pH 7-8. The TBQ was prepared into 3 concentrations of 4%, 5%, 6%, etc., and tap water was used as a control. A total of 4 groups, each set of 12 samples. Immersed at room temperature for 1 h, and the average moisture content after impregnation was 91%.

1.3 Determination method of anti-mold and anti-blue color effect After the test block is immersed, it is stacked by air-drying method, and the pile base height is 20 cm. In order to increase the internal humidity of the pile, a basin of water is placed under the pile. The mat is air-dried, untreated radiant pine strips, 2 cm thick. For the source of mold and blue bacteria in the pile, each layer of test board and the top of the pile are placed with a layer of moldy and blue-stained scotch slats, and a glass rod is used between the slats and the test piece. Separated, not in direct contact. Each layer has 3 or 2 blocks of test block and control block treated with 3 concentrations of TBQ protectant, 6 pieces per layer, 8 layers, totaling 48 pieces. The outside of the pile is covered with a plastic film to moisturize. The test began on May 22 and ended on July 15 and was observed once a week (last time 9 days) and the moisture content was determined. The damage value is calculated according to GB/T18281-2000 "Test method for prevention and control of wood mold and blue bacteria by anti-fungal agent".

2 Results Analysis and Discussion After one week, the control group was all mildewed, and the damage value was mostly 4, a few 3; when it was observed at the 7th week, the internal blue was completely changed. After 4 weeks, the TBQ concentration of 4%, 5% of the drug treatment group showed mildew in a few test pieces, the damage value was 1 to 2, and after 4 to 5 weeks, it reached 3, and the individual reached 4, and most of the test pieces after 7 weeks. Still no mold, keep it as it is. The control efficacy was 79.2% for the concentration of 4% TBQ solution and 85.4% for the concentration of 5% TBQ. The test piece of 6% TBQ liquid treatment group did not have any mildew and blue change in 6 weeks. In the 7th week, only one test piece showed sporadic mildew, and the control effect was 98%. The test results are shown in Table 1. The efficacy of treatment is closely related to the moisture content of wood. In this test, 7 samples were killed in the 4% and 5% TBQ treatment groups, 2 of which were in the second layer and 4 in the third layer. The moisture content of the two layers was the highest, and the test started at 146%. And 157%, still to 70% and 93% by the fifth week, and to 40% and 25% by the 7th week. In the two layers, the treatment of the test material with a concentration of 6% TBQ was not harmful, indicating that when the moisture content of the sawn timber is high, increasing the treatment concentration of the protective agent can enhance the mold resistance and blue resistance of the test material. For the test piece which had blue change before the test, after the TBQ solution was immersed, not only the surface of the sterile silk body appeared, but also the internal blue change did not develop, indicating that the permeability of TBQ is good, and the blue-like bacteria inside the wood also have Certain inhibition.

3 recommendations

3.1 Since the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) announced the implementation of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPS) in 2001 [1], the use of sodium pentachlorophenol antifungal agents commonly used in the past has been discontinued at home and abroad. A large number of organic heterocyclic compounds and organic iodine compound fungicides are widely used abroad, most of which are emulsions or suspensions. Although the fungicides have better effects, they are more expensive, and are easy to be layered or precipitated. They are only suitable for spraying, and are not suitable for in-pool impregnation. . The main active ingredient of TBQ is equivalent to F-2, Timbercoite and katah used in Europe and America. It is an alkyl ammonium compound (AAC) preservative and is one of the ideal products to replace halogenated phenols. This test also shows that: TBQ has good anti-mildew, anti-blue, anti-corrosion effect, and has certain anti-aphid and anti-termite efficacy, and is low in toxicity, does not pollute the environment, is easily soluble in water, and the liquid can be recycled repeatedly. . At the same time, its price is lower (slightly higher than sodium pentachlorophenol), so the market prospects are promising [2].

3.2 Pinus sylvestris var. sylvestris is susceptible to mold and blue variegated bacteria. In addition to drying in the winter or drying immediately after the material is produced, the logs and sawn timber are required to be treated with mildew and blue at the place of production. It is recommended to set up the dipping tank in the material workshop. After the material is graded, it is placed in the dip basket and placed in the dipping tank and soaked with 6% TBQ solution. The soaking time is 2h, so that the liquid absorption amount is 200-250g/m2 (calculated by surface area), and the structure of the dipping tank is shown in Fig. 1. The dipping tank in the figure is a brick pool (150cm × 150cm × 450cm) with a volume of 10.125m3, the high pool is 130cm above the ground and 20cm below the ground. The high level pool is equipped with a pipe at the bottom and connected to the low level pool; the low level pool is 20 cm above the ground and 130 cm below the ground. A water pump is provided to pump the liquid back to the high level pool. 6% TBQ solution needs 5~6t, and there is another dispensing tank with a volume of about 1m3. Specific operation: the board is placed in the basket, and each layer is separated by two mats. The size of the mat is 2cm×3cm, and it is placed in the high level pool for 2h. (The number of soaked wood is not easy to soak, and the soaking time is prolonged. After about 2h), the liquid is then discharged to the lower pool. The wood is dripped in the high position tank for 1 hour and then taken out by the electric pulley; the second batch of wood is immersed in the low position tank, the method is the same as above, and 6 tanks can be processed in one day. It is also possible to carry out the high and low pools at the same time. The immersed wood is hanged and placed on the original pool for 1 hour, so that the two tanks can handle 8 tanks per day. If there are any debris such as sawdust in the liquid pool, it should be cleaned up in time to avoid contamination of the liquid and wood. The liquid can be recycled, no need to efflux, no adverse effect on the environment.

3.3 The forest resources of the Far East in Russia (including Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica) are very rich. It is the main producing area of China's imported Beiyang wood. It is imported into the country through the import of the two ports of Suifenhe in Heilongjiang and Manzhouli in Inner Mongolia. According to reports, Manzhouli imported an average of 15,000 m3 of wood per day. In 2002, Suifen River imported 6.07 million m3 of logs and sawn timber [3, 4]. Recently, these two ports were approved to be re-exported based on imported logs processed into sawn timber. The fixed-point port, the products can be directly exported to South Korea and Japan. For woods such as Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica that are susceptible to mold and blue during storage or transportation, in order to ensure product quality, it is recommended that the relevant departments stipulate that they must be transported to China or exported after being treated with mildew and blue. At the same time, in order to protect the environment, according to the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) POPS Convention, anti-fungal agents containing persistent organic pollutants such as sodium pentachlorophenol should not be used.
