Three different filling formats

The third is the quantitative side filling. This is an electronic valve filling machine equipped with an electromagnetic induction flow meter, which is a dynamic metering and quantitative form. The electromagnetic flow meter is used for dynamic metering of liquid flowing through the valve.

According to Faraday’s electromagnetic induction principle, when a conductor passes through a magnetic field, an induced electromotive force is generated. The flowing liquid medium represents a moving conductor. The induced current is proportional to the flow velocity. After a pair of electrodes is input to the measuring amplifier, the cross-sectional area of ​​the passing fluid is The calculation of the flow rate can accurately determine the flow rate, and its quantitative accuracy can reach 1/1000.

An important prerequisite for the packaging of gas-containing beverages, such as beer, is that the CO2 content of beer is related to temperature and pressure, as defined by Henry's Law:

As we all know, the beer's CO2 content is an important quality indicator of beer. The pressure on the beer during the filling process should not be reduced, otherwise it will cause CO2 to escape and it is difficult to recover.

There is also an important quality indicator for the packaging of beer, a specific gas-containing liquid food, that is, the beer must be isolated from air as much as possible during the filling process. Even a very small amount of oxygen can greatly affect the quality of the beer. According to the standard, oxygenation during filling should not exceed 0.02-0.04 mg/l.

The highest aim of beer packaging is to minimize the loss of the intrinsic quality of the beer after it has completed the packaging process. Domestic beer filling technology

Most of the existing domestic beer filling technologies are based on the DELTA series (Figure 4) of the KHS-H·K Company that was introduced during the implementation of the “Beer and Train” project in the mid-1980s. When the pressure built up inside the package is lower than the back pressure of the material cylinder, bubbling (CO2 escape) will seriously affect the accuracy of the liquid level. The development of new filling unit patent technology with China's independent intellectual property rights has so far formed a complete series from 24000bph to 48000bph. More than 50 sets of production lines have been put into production in major beer groups. Their filling quality and precision, especially their operational reliability, are refreshing. After completing the series development of this new type of filling unit's patented technology, it has been widely used not only for high-speed automatic precise filling of gas-containing liquid foods such as beer, but also for precise filling of liquor-free white wine and rice wine.
