Stage blow molding hollow plastic containers used for the material of the low-pressure high-density polyethylene, i.e. HDPE, HDPE (High Density Polyethylene, abbreviated as "HDPE"), is a high crystallinity, a non-polar thermoplastic resin. The appearance of the original HDPE was milky white, with a certain degree of translucent in the thin section. PE has excellent resistance to most living and industrial chemicals. Certain types of chemicals can cause chemical corrosion, such as corrosive oxidizers (concentrated nitric acid), aromatic hydrocarbons (xylenes), and halogenated hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride). The polymer is non-hygroscopic and has good water vapor resistance and can be used for packaging applications. HDPE has very good electrical properties, especially high insulation dielectric strength, making it suitable for wire and cable. Medium to high molecular weight grades have excellent impact resistance, both at room temperature and even at low temperatures of -40F . The unique properties of various grades of HDPE are the proper combination of four basic variables: density, molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, and additives. Different catalysts are used to produce customized special performance polymers. These variables combine to produce HDPE grades for different uses; achieving the best balance in performance.

High-density polyethylene is a non-toxic, odorless, odorless white particle with a melting point of about 130°C and a relative density of 0.941 to 0.960 . It has good heat resistance and cold resistance, good chemical stability, high rigidity and toughness, and good mechanical strength. Dielectric properties, resistance to environmental stress cracking are also good.

Melting temperature 220~260°C . For materials with larger molecules, it is recommended that the melting temperature range between 200 and 250 °C .
